Background
Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) is the largest school system in Georgia, serving over 182,000 students across more than 140 schools. The agency is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for On Demand IT Professional Services to support its educational mission.

Work Details
The contract involves providing On Demand IT Professional Services on a demand usage basis, meaning services will be provided based on the needs of GCPS without any guaranteed volume of business. Successful bidders will need to submit hourly pricing for various roles as specified in the solicitation.

The service provider must ensure that all contractors conduct criminal background checks and are legally eligible to work in the U.S. Additionally, service providers must provide a Certificate of Insurance, a properly executed Statement of Work (SOW), and completed E-Verify forms within 24 hours of having a contractor onsite. The projected weekly working hours may vary but are typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Period of Performance
The contract term is effective from July 1, 2026, or upon award, through June 30, 2027. GCPS reserves the right to renew the contract for up to four additional one-year periods for a total potential term length of five years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Gwinnett County Public Schools, specifically at the Instructional Support Center located at 437 Old Peachtree Road, Suwanee, GA 30042.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide three references from businesses of similar size and scope that they have serviced. They should also indicate their experience in the Atlanta market and specify the level of service offered by their agency.

Bidders must comply with GCPS procedures for approving and scheduling contractors and acknowledge complaints within 24 hours while resolving them within 72 hours. Additionally, bidders must have no outstanding debts with GCPS and must submit their best pricing at the time of solicitation.
