The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete asbestos abatement and demolition services at the locations listed below. The Contractor must clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. Lot must be restored to natural grade and conditions including fill dirt, seeding etc. Removal of all utility structures must be included in bid price. Commercial Circle 149 S Commercial Circle A mandatory onsite Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM (ET) at 127 S. Commercial Circle, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088. To remain eligible for bid award, a minimum of one representative from the prospective bidder must be in attendance promptly at the start of the meeting and remain present for the duration of the meeting. All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 4:00 PM (ET). Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 4:00 PM (ET). The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.

Work Details

- 145 S. Commercial Circle
- 149 S. Commercial Circle
2. Clear, remove, and haul all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location.
3. Restore the lots to natural grade and conditions including fill dirt, seeding, and stabilization of disturbed areas.
4. Removal of all utility structures must be included in the bid price.
The contractor must review attached Asbestos Survey Reports in their entirety.
Period of Performance
Work must begin no later than five (5) working days after EPD approval is received for each phase (asbestos abatement and/or demolition) and must be completed within thirty (30) working days after commencement unless extended by a change order.
Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations on S. Commercial Circle in Warner Robins, Georgia.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a valid Asbestos Abatement Contractor License issued by the State of Georgia. They are also required to visit the job site before submitting a bid and must indemnify the City against any claims arising from their work.
