Archer Cluster MS - New Facility

Background
The Gwinnett County Board of Education is seeking sealed lump sum proposals from general contractors for the construction of the Archer Cluster Middle School, New Facility. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at a specified time and place. Pre-qualified bidders are required to obtain bidding documents, including drawings and project manuals, through the Architect, Chapman, Griffin, Lanier Sussenbach Architects, Inc. A non-refundable bid deposit is also required for obtaining the bidding documents.
Bidders must submit AIA Document A305, Contractors Qualification Statement, to be evaluated by the Owner and Architect along with the bid deposit prior to being issued plans and specifications. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Owner’s offices, followed by a Pre-bid Site Visit. The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Instructions to Bidders.

Work Details
The work involves the construction of Archer Cluster Middle School. The bidding documents include drawings and project manuals that need to be obtained through the Architect.
