Annual Contract for Parks and Facilities Mowing & Landscape Maintenance Services

Background
The City of Warner Robins issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure Mowing and Landscaping Maintenance Services for Parks and Facilities located within the corporate limits of the City. The goal is to select a qualified contractor to provide these services, which are essential for maintaining the city's public spaces. The contract supports the city's mission of providing well-maintained parks and recreational facilities for its residents.

Work Details
The awarded contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supplies necessary for comprehensive mowing and landscape maintenance services. This includes:
- Mowing and turf maintenance
- Landscape maintenance
- Seasonal maintenance within City-owned or maintained parks and designated greenspaces.

The contractor must furnish commercial-grade mowers, trimmers, edging equipment, blowers, safety devices, supervision, fuel, and transportation. All personnel must be qualified and properly trained.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, with an initial term of one year. It may automatically renew for up to four additional one-year terms, totaling a maximum of five years unless terminated earlier according to the agreement terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various parks and facilities located within the corporate limits of Warner Robins, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a current and valid business license/occupational tax certificate issued by the appropriate local, state, or federal authority. They must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations including insurance requirements: Commercial General Liability ($1 million per occurrence), Comprehensive Automobile Liability ($1 million), Umbrella Liability ($2 million), and Workers' Compensation as required by law.
