Additional Security Cameras for Haralson County Schools

Background
The Haralson County School District, located in Tallapoosa, GA, is seeking to enhance the security of its campuses by adding additional security cameras and removing older cameras from previous installations. The goal of this contract is to improve safety and surveillance capabilities within the school district.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Installation of additional security cameras on school campuses.
2. Removal of older security cameras that are no longer needed.
3. The new cameras must be compatible with existing management systems, specifically Milestone XProtect for Haralson Schools and Salient CompleteView for other locations.
4. Cameras must have a minimum resolution of 5MP for interior use and 12MP for exterior use.
5. Wiring requirements include the use of Orange Thin Ethernet Cables to connect between the patch panel and the switch, which must be appropriately labeled.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence after the walkthrough on May 19th, 2025, with bids due by June 6th, 2025.

The work will be performed at various campuses within the Haralson County School District located in Tallapoosa, GA.
