416-25 Hembree Springs Elementary School Renovations

Background
The Fulton County Schools (FCS) is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide construction services for the renovations of Hembree Springs Elementary School, located at 815 Hembree Road, Roswell, GA 30076.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the educational environment through necessary renovations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive construction services as outlined in Section 00700 – General Conditions and Section 001149 – Project Summary & Directory.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
- Site preparation
- Structural modifications
- Interior renovations
- Installation of new fixtures and finishes
