Background
The City of Dublin, Georgia, located 45 miles southeast of Macon, is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified organizations for the roof repair and replacement at the Department of Natural Gas Building located at 415 E. Jackson St., Dublin, GA 31021. The goal of this contract is to ensure the design and installation of a new roof that meets the specifications and conditions outlined in the RFP.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the roof repair and replacement project. This includes but is not limited to:

- Removing existing roofing materials
- Repairing any underlying structures as needed
