Background
The Fulton County Schools (FCS) is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide Construction Services for Autrey Mill Middle School located at 4110 Old Alabama Road, Johns Creek, GA 30022.

This initiative is part of FCS's ongoing efforts to enhance educational facilities and ensure a conducive learning environment for students.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive construction services as outlined in Section 00700 – General Conditions and Section 001149 – Project Summary & Directory.

Specific duties include renovations to the existing structures, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and completing the project within the stipulated timeline.

Period of Performance
