Background
The Fulton County Schools (FCS) is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide Construction Services for the North Springs High School Replacement project. This project is located at 7447 Roswell Road, NE, Atlanta, GA 30328. The goal of this contract is to ensure the successful replacement of the existing high school facilities to meet the educational needs of the community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive construction services as outlined in Section 00700 – General Conditions and Section 001149 – Project Summary & Directory. Specific duties include site preparation, construction of new school facilities, installation of necessary infrastructure, and compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

The contractor must utilize a complete set of proposal documents in preparing their proposal.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the completion of the construction project, with specific timelines detailed in the proposal documents.
