400-25, Crabapple Crossing & Sweet Apple Elementary Schools Roof Replacement

Background
The Fulton County Schools (FCS) is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide construction services for the roof replacement of Crabapple Crossing and Sweet Apple Elementary Schools.

The project is located at 12775 Birmingham Highway, Milton, GA 30004, and 12025 Etris Road, Roswell, GA 30075. This initiative aims to enhance the infrastructure of the schools as part of FCS's commitment to maintaining safe and functional educational environments.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete roof replacement at both schools.

Specific duties are outlined in Section 00700 – General Conditions and Section 001149 – Project Summary & Directory. The work includes removing existing roofing materials, installing new roofing systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and building codes, and completing any necessary repairs to underlying structures.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified timeframe that will be detailed in the proposal documents.

Proposals must be submitted by September 17, 2024.
