Background
Fulton County, Georgia is seeking development proposals from qualified developers or development teams to redevelop two county-owned parcels located at 301 Fulton Industrial Circle and 305 Fulton Industrial Circle.

The County aims to stimulate redevelopment along the Fulton Industrial Boulevard corridor by revitalizing strategically-acquired properties that have historically been sources of nuisance and criminal activity.

Significant investments have been made to transform the corridor, targeting blighted properties for redevelopment to enhance economic potential and public safety.

Work Details
The selected Developer will undertake several key tasks including: conducting an environmental review, refining the development concept and financial model, negotiating agreement terms with the County, obtaining project entitlements, and securing project funding.

The scope of work is designed to ensure that the development aligns with the County's vision for revitalization and economic growth in the area.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will continue until either a period of 2 months has elapsed, an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) is signed, or the Agreement is terminated as provided herein.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at two sites located at 301 Fulton Industrial Circle and 305 Fulton Industrial Circle in Fulton County, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must comply with all submittal requirements outlined in Section 3 of the RFP.

Additionally, they must provide proof of registration with the E-Verify program as mandated by the Georgia Security & Immigration Compliance Act.

Proposers are also required to demonstrate their qualifications through previous project experience and financial capabilities.
