Background
The City of Albany is seeking competitive sealed bids for a one-year firm price contract to provide temporary labor services as needed for various departments within the city. Work Details
The contractor will provide temporary industrial labor services, specifically unskilled manual labor, for an estimated total of 40,000 hours. The pricing must be all-inclusive, covering all benefits, fees, wages, and taxes at a firm hourly rate. The working hours are generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM but may fluctuate. Upon award, the city reserves the right to review resumes of potential candidates and select the best candidates before assignment.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must hold a current City of Albany business license or registration as a Temporary Service Agency in Albany and the State of Georgia. Bidders are required to maintain adequate personnel and equipment to supply qualified individuals on an as-needed basis within Dougherty County.
