26-032 Erate Network Firewall

Background
The Houston County School District is seeking bids for a Network Firewall with license and support to enhance their cybersecurity infrastructure. The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision of high-quality firewall products that meet specific technical requirements, thereby supporting the district's mission to provide a safe and secure educational environment.

Work Details
The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering the following products:

- 4 Palo Alto Networks PA-5500 Series Quantum Optimized Next-Generation Firewalls (model PAN-PA-5540-AC or equivalent)
- 4 Palo Alto Networks QSFP28 form factor 100Gb active optical cables with transceivers (model PAN-QSFP28-AOC-10M or equivalent)
- 1 Panorama central management software for 25 devices (model PAN-PRA-25)
- 1 year of premium support for Panorama (model PAN-SVC-PREM-PRA-25)
- An Enterprise License Agreement for various services including ATP, ADNS, ADV URL, AWF, GP, ASD-WAN for NGFW (model PAN-ENT-GOV-USG-ESA-1YR)
- An Enterprise License Agreement for IOT DRDL (model PAN-IOT-GOV-ELA-1YR)
- An Enterprise Support Agreement - US Government Premium Support (model PAN-ENT-GOV-ELA-1YR).

All items must meet specified technical requirements detailed in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is one year from the date of award through June 30, 2027. The contract may be extended up to four additional years with mutual written agreement by both parties.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Houston County School District's designated locations in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a minimum of three references, preferably from other school systems in Georgia. They must also certify that they are not debarred or suspended from participating in federal assistance programs. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a non-collusion affidavit and a certification letter confirming their ability to fulfill the contract requirements.
