Background
The Houston County School District is soliciting bids for Classroom Supplies under Bid Number 26-011. The goal of this contract is to supply and deliver various classroom supplies to support the educational needs of the district. Work Details
The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering a wide range of classroom supplies as detailed in the Bid Response Form. This includes items such as:

- Chart tablets
- Clocks
- Crayons (various types)
- Glue sticks
- Markers
- Notebooks
- Paper (construction, copy, drawing)

- Pencils
- Staplers
- Tape

Specific quantities and brand names are provided in the bid document, with a requirement for samples of any alternative brands proposed.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last until all items have been delivered as per the specifications outlined in the bid response form. Bids are due by August 26, 2025.

Place of Performance
All deliveries will be made to the HCSD Distribution Center located at 200 Jerry Barker Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit Attachments A (Certification Letter), B (Certificate Regarding Debarment), and C (Non-Collusion Affidavit) with their bid response. Additionally, bidders must not be debarred or suspended from doing business with federal agencies. All bids must be submitted on a USB flash drive in Excel format only; hard copies of all documentation must accompany the flash drive.
