26-005 RFP - SEIM/SOC/XDR solution

Background
The Bibb County School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a SEIM/SOC/XDR solution as part of an E-rate project. The goal is to ensure compliance with E-rate requirements and to enhance the district's cybersecurity capabilities.

Work Details
The contract involves providing a hosted 3-year subscription service for a complete SEIM/SOC/XDR solution with the following features:
- SIEM: Full SIEM capabilities for 24/7 monitoring, data aggregation, correlation, threat detection, and incident response.
- SOC: Monitoring of all school endpoints and network traffic, incorporation of honeypot/deception technology, web/mobile ticketing/notification system for real-time updates, hosted on AWS or equivalent with redundancy, access to US-based analysts 24/7, SOC2 compliance, multiple DOD class threat feeds, external pen testing for up to 1000 IP addresses, custom PDF reporting capability through the dashboard, and CISO as a service consulting.
- XDR: Anti-ransomware and data exfiltration technology for physical and virtual servers, AI-based endpoint protection integrated with SOC, and capability for after-hours management by SOC provider.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the Bibb County School District.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with E-rate requirements and demonstrate experience in providing similar services. Additionally, they must maintain all necessary licenses and insurance as required by law. The contractor must also adhere to policies regarding minority business participation and local labor utilization.
