25RFP06272025K-DB O&M Services For Waste Water Facilities & Pump Stations in North Fulton Svc Area

Background
Fulton County, Georgia is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide complete operation and maintenance for facilities consisting of Water Reclamation Facilities (WRF) and Pumping Stations serving North Fulton County. The County provides wastewater services over approximately 285 square miles for a population exceeding 80,000 residential, industrial, and commercial customers.

The North Fulton Service Area specifically includes 3 wastewater treatment plants and 28 wastewater pump stations with force main air release valves.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, chemicals, fuel, vehicles, services, administration, reporting, monitoring, and other necessary items or services for the operation and maintenance of the facilities. Services will be required twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.

The Contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State Laws as well as County rules and regulations. Responsibilities include safe and efficient operation of the facilities as detailed throughout the RFP.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the execution date and will continue for a term specified in the contract documents.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the North Fulton Service Area in Fulton County, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must comply with specific qualifications outlined in the RFP including necessary certifications related to wastewater operations. The proposal must include all forms and certifications as specified in Section 3.0 of the RFP.
