Fayette County, Georgia is seeking qualified roofing contractors to provide metal roof repairs at four fire stations. The goal of this contract is to address specific roof leaks identified at each location, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:

1. **Fire Station Locations and Identified Issues:**
- **Station 1:** 450 Hwy 279, Fayetteville, GA 30214
- Roof leak in the bunk room, near the corner closest to the weight room.
- **Station 2:** 1328 Hwy 92 North, Fayetteville, GA 30214
- Roof leak in the front bathroom.
- Roof leak in the weight room.
- **Station 7:** 220 Hampton Road, Fayetteville, GA 30215
- Roof leak in the kitchen between the TV and whiteboard.
- Roof leak in the bunk room near the first bunk by the light.
- Roof leak in the first bunk on the left.
- **Station 10:** 195 Seay Road, Fayetteville, GA 30215
- Roof leak in the officer’s desk area, originating from the corner of the vent above the desk chair.

2. **General Instructions and Contractor Responsibilities:**
- Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete repairs.
- Work must comply with all applicable building codes and industry standards.
- Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; deviations require written approval.
- All work will occur at active fire stations; blocking entrance or bay doors requires pre-approval.
- A one-year warranty on labor and materials is required.
- Daily site cleanup is mandatory including removal of construction debris and securing materials onsite.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as agreed upon by both parties.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at four locations within Fayette County, Georgia: Fire Station #1 (450 Hwy 279), Fire Station #2 (1328 Hwy 92 North), Fire Station #7 (220 Hampton Road), and Fire Station #10 (195 Seay Road).
