25-197 ITS Network Maintenance and Monitoring Services

Background
Augusta, Georgia, through its Engineering and Environmental Services Department - Traffic Engineering Division, is seeking qualified firms to provide Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Network Maintenance and Monitoring Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure continuous support and maintenance of the ITS network, which is critical for traffic management in the region. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a comprehensive package of monitoring and maintenance services 24/7 throughout the year.

Work Details
The contractor will provide an annual monitoring and maintenance package for Augusta's ITS network. This includes:
- Remote monitoring and maintenance of the ITS network components.
- Advanced support services, including in-person assistance when necessary.
- Compliance with specific criteria such as being a Cisco Premier or Gold Partner, having at least 7 years of experience in maintaining ATMS/ITS networks, advanced knowledge in cybersecurity measures, and having certified staff (CCIE and CCNP/CCDP).
- The contractor must have a physical office within three hours of Augusta’s Traffic Management Center located at 452 Walker Street, Augusta, GA 30901.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for one year with an option to extend for four additional one-year terms, totaling up to five years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at Augusta’s Traffic Management Center located at 452 Walker Street, Augusta, GA 30901.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate compliance with several requirements including:
- Proof of being a Cisco Premier or Gold Partner.
- A minimum of seven years’ experience in integrating and maintaining ITS networks.
- Advanced experience with IP routers/switches and cybersecurity.
- Staff certifications (Cisco CCIE and CCNP/CCDP).
- A physical office within three hours of Augusta’s Traffic Management Center.
- Authorization by the State of Georgia and Cisco Systems to provide Cisco hardware/services via statewide contracts.
