Background
The Bibb County School District serves approximately 20,000 students across 38 schools. It is seeking bids for the production of student identification cards for the school years 2025-2027. This initiative aims to enhance student identification processes within the district. The procurement office invites qualified contractors to submit proposals in accordance with the specifications outlined in this RFQ.

Work Details
The contract involves the production of student ID cards that must include:
- A picture of the student
- The text '2025-2027' with a color block
- A barcode representing the student's identification number.

The specific products required include custom RFID proximity ID cards (13.56 MHz, NXP genuine), full-color printing on both sides including variable photos, logos, names, and barcodes for students. The cards should be shrink-wrapped in packs of 100. Additionally, clear badge holders with zip closures are required. The contractor must also provide packaging for production services and ensure compliance with all specifications detailed in the RFQ.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one year starting from the date of award, with options for up to three additional one-year renewals based on performance and need.
