25-0093-6 Purchase of CISCO Switches & Hardware

Background
The Chatham County Purchasing & Contracting Department is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the procurement of networking hardware, specifically two (2) CISCO 9500 Switches and additional necessary hardware.
This procurement aligns with the county's mission to ensure that all segments of the business community have access to supplying goods and services needed by county programs.
The goal of this contract is to acquire new, factory-sealed equipment without the need for programming or installation services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following items:
A. Two (2) Cisco C9500-48Y4C-A - Catalyst 9500 48-Port Switch with Advantage License
B. Two (2) Cisco CON-SNTP-C504YA4 – 24X7X4 Support Contract
C. Two (2) Cisco C9500-DNA-A-3Y – Cisco Catalyst DNA Advantage 3 Year
D. Two (2) Cisco C9K-PWR-650WAC-R/2 - Secondary Power supply for C9500 Switches
E. Two (2) Cisco QSFP-100G-CU1M - 100GB QSFP28 to QSFP28, CR4 100G, 1 Meter Passive Copper Cable
F. Five (5) Cisco SFP-H10GB-CU1-5M – 1.5 Meter 10g Twinax Cable
G. Twenty-Eight (28) Cisco SFP-H10GB-CU2M – 2 Meter 10g Twinax Cable
H. Twenty-Eight (28) Cisco SFP-H10GB-CU2-5M – 2.5 Meter 10g Twinax Cable
I. Forty (40) Cisco GLC-TE= - 1g Copper SFP Module.
All equipment must be new and within its original factory sealed box.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as detailed in the bid documents, with no programming or installation required.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Chatham County, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Bids will only be accepted from vendors who are listed as Cisco Partners on the 'Find a Cisco Partner' website.
Additionally, bidders must provide at least three references demonstrating their experience in supplying Cisco hardware within the last five years.
