Background
Fulton County Government is soliciting Bids for the procurement of a vendor to provide a user-friendly and secure online platform that facilitates the procurement of subject specific scholarly and non-academic print publications, on or about African socio-political histories, cultures and arts and/or the socio-political histories, cultures and arts related to the global Black Diaspora for the Auburn Avenue Research Library on African American Culture and History (AARL) across various Dewey Decimal classifications. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid – Commodity (“ITBC”) is to establish an indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract to be used as the primary source for the commodities/goods listed in the attached specifications. Commodities will be ordered from time to time in such quantity as may be needed to fill any requirements of the County.

The vendor is required to provide a user-friendly online platform that facilitates the procurement of subject specific scholarly and non-academic print publications related to African socio-political histories, cultures, and arts for the Auburn Avenue Research Library. The vendor must deliver in minimum/maximum quantities contracted for in accordance with specific conditions of this bid.
Period of Performance
The period of this Agreement shall consist of a series of Terms as defined below. The Commencement Term shall begin on the date of execution of the Agreement in 2024 and end on December 31, 2024. The Agreement may be renewed at the written option of the County upon approval of the County Board of Commissioners for two one-year Renewal Terms.
