24-041 Bus Wifi Equipment & Installation

Background
The Houston County School District is soliciting bids for bus WI-FI with installation. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to outline the terms and conditions under which a successful Bidder will supply and deliver all products listed on the Bid Response Form to the Houston County School District.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of bus Wi-Fi equipment and installation. Specific requirements include:
- Quantity: 48 units
- Equipment must be equal to or greater than Cradlepoint R1900 series 5G ruggedized router
- Compatibility with existing Cradlepoint NetCloud management platform
- Management capabilities equivalent to Cradlepoint NetCloud Mobile Standard Plan
- External antenna equivalent or greater than Panorama Outdoor Antenna 9:1 Mako LG-IN2445
- 3-year hardware warranty, software support, and cloud management included
- Optional 5-year hardware warranty, software support, and cloud management available
- Installation of router, interior and exterior antenna, and configuration.
Optional pricing to co-term existing 180 IBR1700 devices that expire starting June 16, 2024.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is one year from the date of the award through June 30, 2025. The contract may be extended up to four years (total not to exceed 60 months) with mutual agreement by both parties.

Place of Performance
The delivery/installation will take place at Houston County School District premises in Warner Robins, GA.
