Background
Chatham County is seeking bids for the construction of improvements at the Rio Vista Neighborhood Park, located at 375 Island Road, Savannah, Georgia. The project aims to enhance recreational facilities by installing a new multi-use court that accommodates tennis, basketball, and pickleball. This initiative aligns with the County's mission to provide quality recreational spaces for community engagement and physical activity.

Work Details
The project involves the following tasks:

1. Demolition of the existing multi-use court, including removal of tennis posts, basketball standards, fencing, and gates.

2. Grading and drainage improvements to ensure proper water management.

3. Installation of concrete pads for the new court structure.

4. Application of multi-use court surfacing systems suitable for tennis, basketball, and pickleball.

5. Installation of new fencing around the court area and provision of athletic equipment as specified in the Technical Specifications and Drawings prepared by CHA Consulting, Inc.

Period of Performance
Work is expected to commence within ten (10) days after receipt of the 'Notice to Proceed' and must be completed within 90 calendar days thereafter.

The contract work will be performed at Rio Vista Neighborhood Park located at 375 Island Road, Savannah, Georgia 31406.
