Background
Chatham County Parks & Recreation is undertaking a project at Lake Mayer Park, located at 1850 E. Montgomery Crossroads, Savannah, Georgia. The agency's mission is to enhance community recreation and leisure opportunities. The goal of this contract is to improve the park facilities by converting existing tennis courts into pickleball courts and resurfacing the remaining tennis courts.

Work Details
The project involves the following key tasks:

1. Conversion of four (4) existing asphalt tennis courts into twelve (12) new pickleball courts.
2. Resurfacing of four (4) existing asphalt tennis courts.

The construction will follow the provided plans and details outlined in the drawings dated September 9, 2024, which include:
- Title Sheet (G-000)
- Existing Conditions and Demolition Plan (C-001)
- Layout Plan (C-100)
- Details (C-600).

Period of Performance
The contract work is scheduled to commence upon award and will be completed as per the timeline established in the project plans, with specific dates outlined in the construction drawings.
