Background
The Griffin-Spalding County Land Bank Authority (GSCLBA) is seeking proposals for the rehabilitation and disposition of real property located at 522 Meriwether Street, Griffin, Spalding County, Georgia. The property includes a structure known as Haisten’s Hospital, which is historically and architecturally significant to the City of Griffin and Spalding County. The GSCLBA intends to sell the property 'AS IS' and 'WHERE IS' with no warranties except the warranty of title for the time the property has been owned by GSCLBA.

Work Details
The responding firm is required to address their plan for rehabilitation and repair of the property in accordance with specific standards for rehabilitating historic buildings. They should also include their planned use of the property in accordance with zoning ordinances and the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Griffin.
