2026 Sidewalk Repairs Southfork and River Crest

Background
The Town of Tyrone is issuing a contract for sidewalk repairs in the Southfork and River Crest subdivisions. The goal of this project is to enhance public infrastructure by replacing damaged sidewalks around catch basins, thereby improving safety and accessibility for residents.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for demolishing existing concrete sidewalks and installing new sidewalks around 39 catch basins. Additionally, approximately 2,096 square feet of concrete sidewalk sections will be repaired. The project requires the provision of Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each amounting to 100% of the contract price.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed by February 11, 2026.

The work will take place in the Town of Tyrone, specifically in the Southfork and River Crest subdivisions.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be properly licensed in accordance with the Official Code of Georgia Annotated at the time of proposal submission. Contractors are also required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds.
