Bidder Requirements
Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Proposal Forms and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond for 10 percent of the bid amount. Bidders must also furnish required Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Insurance Certificates upon acceptance. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 10th, 2025, at the project site.
