Description

Background
The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners Purchasing Department is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program, which is funded by a State Grant administered by the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC).
The goal of this contract is to provide effective MST services to juvenile justice populations in Cherokee County, Georgia.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services, which include:
1. Direct clinical services to youth and families.
2. Supervision and training of therapists involved in service delivery.
3. Ensuring model fidelity to MST standards and quality assurance measures.
4. Data collection and reporting capabilities to meet grant requirements.
5. Capacity to serve up to sixteen (16) youth annually, with a proposed all-inclusive per-case rate for MST services that covers all associated costs including administrative and management expenses, which must not exceed 11% of the total case rate if required under grant limitations.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be for one (1) year, with the possibility of up to four (4) additional one-year renewal options, contingent upon annual appropriation and continued grant funding, totaling a potential five (5) years.

Services will be performed in Cherokee County, Georgia.
