2025 LMIG Paving Project

Background
The City of Loganville, Georgia, is issuing a request for bids for the 2025 Road Improvements Project. The project aims to enhance local infrastructure by improving road conditions along specific routes within the city limits. Work Details
The project includes milling, paving, patching, and striping approximately 9,040 linear feet of asphalt pavement along N Sharon Church Road from the City Limits to S.R. 20 and Chandler Haulk Road from the City Limits to N Sharon Church Road.

Period of Performance
The successful bidder shall begin work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and is required to complete the work within a contract time of 60 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Loganville, Georgia, specifically along N Sharon Church Road and Chandler Haulk Road.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must hold either a Georgia State Contractor's License, Georgia State Utility Contractor's License, or qualifications with the Georgia Department of Transportation for similar work. Additionally, bid security must be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid amount. Proposals must include satisfactory evidence of licensing or qualifications on the outside of the sealed proposal.
