2025 LMIG Asphalt Paving Bid Package

Background
The City of Suwanee, Georgia, is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2025 LMIG Resurfacing Project. The project aims to mill, patch, and resurface approximately 1.478 miles of various city streets. Work Details
The work required under this contract includes:
- Traffic control
- Asphalt milling
- Asphalt patching
- Leveling
- Resurfacing
- Adjusting sewer manholes
- Installation of pavement markings.
All work will be conducted along approximately 1.478 miles on various city streets in Suwanee, GA.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of the contract/notice to proceed. Work activities must begin within 10 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed and are expected to be completed on or before September 26th, 2025.
