Background
Henry County Schools, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced Offerors to provide Computer Adaptive Learning (CAPs) for students in kindergarten through eighth grade. The initiative aims to enhance personalized learning experiences and support equitable access to quality education. It also addresses the diverse needs of students by utilizing technology to generate actionable data on student performance.

Work Details
The selected Offeror will provide a web-based Computer Adaptive Program that tailors instruction to meet individual student needs, adjusts task difficulty in real-time, and offers immediate feedback. The program must include features for personalized learning, engagement through gamified elements, and detailed reporting systems for teachers. Key requirements include:

1. Development of student proficiency in content areas.
2. Program assessment tools for identifying student deficiencies.
3. Self-alignment with ELA and Math state standards.
4. Interactive components that enhance learning.
5. Tracking assessments for student growth and goal setting.
6. Professional development support for educators.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence no later than February 2025 and will initially run through June 30, 2025, with an option for renewal through June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within Henry County Schools located in McDonough, Georgia.
