2024 Road Resurfacing Program

Sealed bids will be received by the OWNER for a General Contractor to furnish all materials labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for paving improvements within Grayfield Subdivision located in Grayson, Georgia. The project consists of milling, limited patching and leveling, final coat of asphalt topping, and striping of Grayfield Drive and Brook View Lane. The electronic Bid Documents should be requested from the office of Precision Planning, Inc. Scan and email a copy of your company check for $50.00 (non-refundable), made payable to Precision Planning, Inc., to the email address below, and you will be provided with the access instructions. Mail your check to the address below. Any packages received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered by the OWNER. Bids will be evaluated by the OWNER, and the project award is anticipated the week of June 17, 2024.
