2024-17 Police Emergency Equipment

Background
The City of Sandersville is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of Police Emergency Equipment for four (4) 2025 Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles. The goal of this contract is to equip the vehicles with necessary emergency equipment to enhance the operational capabilities of the police department.

Work Details
The contract includes the purchase and installation of various emergency equipment for the specified vehicles, including:

1) SOU-EMPLB55D-BW/BA 55" mPOWER LIGHTBAR DUAL COLOR BLUE/WHITE FRONT, BLUE/AMBER REAR;
2) COD-CD9012-PI-BW HIDE A BLAST TWIST LOCK FOR PIU DUAL COLOR BLUE/WHITE;
3) FENIEX FS-0416-B S SERIES 400 LIGHTSTICK ALL BLUE;
4) CODE3 M180S-B INTERSECTION/MIRROR/PUDDLE LIGHT-BLUE;
5) CODE3 MICROPAK-DC-BW DIRECTIONAL LED HIDE A BLAST MULTI COLOR BLUE/WHITE;
6) FENIEX Q-2222 QUAD CANNON 24 LED;

and various other components including speakers, brackets, consoles, and installation labor. The bid must include total costs for equipment and installation, estimated project start date, equipment features description, warranty details, and a completed W-9 Form.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be performed following the bid submission deadline of September 24, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Sandersville, Georgia.
