Background
Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed written proposals from qualified vendors to replace and install a new HVAC Building Automation/Control System for our Catoosa County Colonnade located at 264 Catoosa Circle, Ringgold, GA 30736.
Work Details
Provide and install a Honeywell Webs N4 system which includes: (1) Honeywell JACE-N-ADV-133-H-C, (1) Honeywell- IOD-16UIO-S-S, (1) SMA-5YR- License Agreement, (5) AHU Controllers- PUB6438SR, (31) VAV Controllers- WEB-VA75M24NM, (31) Wall Modules- TR40 Series, (36) Temperature Duct Sensors- C7041B2005/U.
Build programming to operate the building HVAC equipment with energy efficiency in mind.
Build custom mechanical floor plans that will include floors, walls, duct work, and equipment locations.
Build animated equipment graphics for monitoring and control.
Build and install requested schedules, histories and alarms.
Build and install alarm and user pages.
Set up email and text notification as requested.
Provide unlimited training of the Control System.
Provide (4) Control Maintenance Checks to be performed (4) times during the first year.
Install the customer provided static IP and email server addresses.
Period of Performance
The contract must be performed no later than 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Catoosa County Colonnade located at 264 Catoosa Circle, Ringgold, GA 30736.
