Background
Fulton County Schools (FCS) is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the exterior painting of the Administrative Center. The goal of this contract is to enhance the appearance and protection of the facility through professional painting services.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Painting of exterior walls;
2. Painting of wood surfaces;
3. Painting of metal surfaces;
4. Painting of handrails;
5. Painting of exterior doors;
6. Painting of door frames;
7. Painting of storefronts, if applicable.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until completion, with bids due by April 22, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Administrative Center located at 6201 Powers Ferry Road, Atlanta, GA 30339.
