014-47 Portable Toilet Rental

Background
Hall County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified vendors to provide Portable Toilet Rentals. The County aims to award one vendor to perform all services related to portable toilet rentals for various departments within Hall County.

Work Details
The contract involves the rental of standard portable toilets for use at multiple locations including:
- Lula Refuse Transfer Site
- Tadmore Refuse Transfer Site
- Balus Creek Refuse Transfer Site
- Candler Refuse Transfer Site
- Gaines Ferry Refuse Transfer Site
- Sardis Refuse Transfer Site
- Wauka Mountain Refuse Transfer Site
- Murrayville Refuse Transfer Site
- Blackshear Place Refuse Transfer Site
- Hall County Spout Springs Water Reclamation Facility.

The contract will have a guaranteed bid price for a 12-month period starting upon execution and lasting until June 30, 2027. The successful bidder may be allowed two annual one-year renewals of this contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will be effective until June 30, 2027. There are options for two annual renewals.

Place of Performance
Various locations in Hall County, Georgia including refuse transfer sites and water reclamation facilities.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of Georgia. They must also provide a letter of bondability with their bid submissions. Bidders are required to submit two hard copies of their bid response along with a USB drive containing their proposal. Additionally, they must complete and include several mandatory documents such as:
- Bid Response Form (Exhibit A)
- Contract for Services (Exhibit B)
- Cost Proposal Worksheet (Exhibit C)
- W-9 Form (Exhibit D)
- E-Verify Affidavit (Exhibit E)
- Ethics Affidavit (Exhibit F)
and any addenda.
