Background
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is responsible for promoting public safety and strengthening domestic security by providing services in partnership with local, state, and federal criminal justice agencies.
The goal of this contract is to renew the license for the XRY software developed by Micro Systemation (MSAB), which is essential for FDLE's investigative mission.

Work Details
The contract involves the renewal of the XRY software license, which includes proprietary or licensed systems maintenance and support as well as software maintenance and support.
The XRY digital forensic software product is used to analyze evidence collected during investigations. It allows examiners to access and recover live and file system data from devices on crime scenes, bypassing operating systems to dump raw data from mobile devices. This provides access to system, protected, and deleted data.
This renewal is necessary for uninterrupted operation of FDLE's investigative capabilities.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement located at 2331 Phillips Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308.

Bidder Requirements
This procurement is intended as a single source acquisition from MSAB Incorporated due to the proprietary nature of the XRY software. Licenses, annual upgrades, and training are not available from any other vendor.
