Workforce Leadership Development and Behavioral Outcomes Training

Background
The State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (Department), issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to conduct a Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis for the six regions of the Department. The goal is to work with the Department’s Training Team to develop and deliver an Annual Training Plan for Workforce Leadership Development and Behavioral Outcomes.

This includes professional coaching, project management services, and tailored training sessions aimed at enhancing leadership development, cultural transformation, effective communication, and relationship building within the Department's workforce.

Work Details
The selected Respondent will provide statewide consulting services and deliver trainings for various roles including Program Administrators (PA), Operations Managers (OM), Family Navigators, and leadership personnel. The services include conducting a comprehensive needs assessment and gap analysis across six regions.

Additionally, the Respondent will develop an Annual Training Plan that encompasses professional coaching, project management services, and implementing tailored training sessions. The Respondent must align with the Department's mission, vision, and values while ensuring compliance with the Department’s Standard Contract requirements.

Period of Performance
The anticipated start date of the resulting Contract is November 1, 2025, with a duration of three years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed across six regions in Florida as designated by the Department of Children and Families.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must comply with all terms outlined in the solicitation. Preference will be given to those who demonstrate alignment with the Department's mission. Additionally, Woman-, Veteran-, and Minority-owned Small Businesses are encouraged to participate.
