Window Treatments, Film, and Related Items/Service

Background
Miami-Dade County is seeking to establish a Prequalified Pool of Vendors for the procurement of window treatments, window film, and related items/services. This initiative aims to facilitate the County's ability to solicit quotes from qualified vendors for specific goods and services as needed across multiple departments. The establishment of this pool is not a contract but rather an acknowledgment that vendors meet the qualifications outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details
The contract encompasses four groups of services:
- Group A: Window Treatments Purchase, which includes products such as vertical blinds, wood shutters, mini blinds, laminated shades, fabric drapery, and related items.
- Group B: Window Treatments Purchase and Installation, covering all items in Group A along with installation services.
- Group C: Window Film Purchase, which allows for the procurement of various window film products.
- Group D: Window Film Purchase and Installation, which includes both the purchase and installation of window film. Vendors must provide proof of being manufacturers or authorized agents for the products they wish to supply.

Period of Performance
The pool will be established on the first calendar day of the month succeeding approval by the Board of County Commissioners and will remain active for a term of five years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within Miami-Dade County as required by various departments.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must provide two signed professional references demonstrating experience in their respective fields (window treatments or window film). They must also be manufacturers or authorized agents/distributors for the products offered. Additionally, vendors are required to provide contact information for a designated representative who will assist with order inquiries.
