Wills Branch Creek Dredging - Rebid

Scope: The work covered by these plans and specifications consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment; and performing all operations necessary for the construction of Wills Branch Creek Dredging. The project includes, but is not limited to:
Dredging / excavating, transportation, and disposal of material from Wills Creek as indicated in the contract plans.
Installation and maintenance of temporary turbidity controls associated with the project construction.
Clearing the banks of all debris and vegetation, including the replacement of rubble rip rap slope protection as called out in the contract plans.
The CONTRACTOR shall begin work within ten (10) calendar days, including Sundays and holidays, after the date of written notice from the owner to begin work, and shall complete the Base Bid work within 365 calendar days including Sundays and holidays, after the expiration of such ten (10) day notice. If the Bidder determines that off-hours work is anticipated to complete the project within such allotted times, a schedule therefore shall be attached to this proposal as required by Section 20.3.4 of the General Conditions.
