Website Domain Acquisition, Static Website Development, and Complementary Graphic Materials

Background
The Executive Office of the Governor (EOG) of Florida is seeking a vendor to assist in three primary areas: acquiring and configuring a project domain, developing a static website, and creating complementary graphic materials.
The goal is to enhance public information distribution and outreach efforts while ensuring compliance with state branding standards and accessibility requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following deliverables:
1. **Domain Acquisition**: Identify available domain options, recommend the best domain based on clarity and security, register the domain, and complete DNS setup, SSL procurement, and hosting configuration.
2. **Static Website Development**: Design and develop a static website of approximately 3-6 pages that aligns with State of Florida branding standards. The site must be ADA-compliant, responsive across devices, include quality assurance testing, and provide a simple content update mechanism.
3. **Graphic Design**: Produce complementary materials such as infographic one-pagers, icons, banners, and other visual assets that maintain consistency with the website's design.

Period of Performance
The anticipated start date for the contract is May 19, 2026, with an expected end date of June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed in Florida as specified by the Executive Office of the Governor.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with specific requirements including adherence to State of Florida branding standards and completion of services within budget constraints not exceeding $75,000.
Additionally, vendors must certify that they are not participating in any boycott against Israel and utilize the E-Verify system for employment verification.
