Water Conserv II WRF BNR System Blower Improvements

Background
The City of Orlando is issuing this solicitation for the Water Conserv II WRF BNR System Blower Improvements under IFB26-0370. The goal of this contract is to enhance the blower system at the Water Conserv II Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF) to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Mobilization and Demobilization;
2. Bonds, Insurance, and General Requirements;
3. Survey, Layout, and As-Built Information;
4. Preconstruction High Definition (HD) Video Recording;
5. Demolition, Disposal, and Salvage Activities;
6. Modifications to the Existing BNR Blower Building;
7. Installation of New High-Speed Turbo Compressors and Associated Infrastructure;
8. Installation of a New Roofing System on the BNR Blower Building;
9. Electrical, Controls, and Instrumentation Improvements.

The total base bid will be evaluated based on these line items.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by May 20, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Water Conserv II Wastewater Reclamation Facility located at 5420 L.B. McLeod Road, Orlando, FL 32811.
