Volusia County Health Department Building Sign

Background
The Florida Department of Health is seeking competitive bids to replace the building sign at the main facility of the Volusia County Health Department located in Daytona Beach, Florida. This initiative aims to enhance visibility and communication for the health department's services.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:

1. Fabricate and install one single face, eight-foot by fifteen-foot monument sign with an integrated programmable LED display.

2. Obtain necessary permits prior to starting work.

3. Remove and dispose of the existing sign and its foundation.

Specifications include a lighted composite or faux stone monument sign, a scrolling LED board approximately 7'6" x 3' with full color and 10 mm pixels, logos for Florida Health and Volusia County, street numbers, and etched lettering as detailed in Attachment A.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to last for one year starting from November 1, 2024, or from the date of contract execution, whichever is later.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Volusia County Health Department located at 1845 Holsonback Drive, Daytona Beach, FL 32117.
