Vitual OneStop System

Background
The Florida Department of Commerce is seeking to procure the Virtual OneStop proprietary products and services to support the Employ Florida site. This system is essential for managing workforce program funding and facilitating labor exchange in the state of Florida.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of maintenance and support for the Virtual OneStop® software system, which is exclusively owned and developed by Geographic Solutions, Inc. The services required include:

1) Proprietary or licensed systems maintenance or support as per UNSPSC code 81111805.

The system is currently utilized by the Florida Department of Commerce to support the Employ Florida site and interfaces with other departmental systems for data exchange.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of six (6) months, from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Florida, specifically supporting the Employ Florida site managed by the Florida Department of Commerce.

Bidder Requirements
The intended single source for this procurement is Geographic Solutions, Inc., which holds the exclusive license for its proprietary software modules critical to the operation of the Employ Florida Marketplace (EFM). No other vendors can provide these specific services due to the proprietary nature of the software.
