Background
The City of Pembroke Pines, Florida, is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Vertiv Liebert UPS systems. This initiative aims to replace aged UPS units located in IT closets across various city buildings and Pembroke Pines Charter School campuses. The new UPS systems will ensure power backup for critical IT infrastructure, including network switches, VOIP phones, and security control systems, during power failures.

The contract includes the provision of the following items:

2. 25 units of Vertiv Liebert GXT5 External Battery Cabinet 72V for 3000VA Online UPS (Cisco Part # GXT5-EBC72VRT2U)
3. 25 units of Vertiv Liebert IntelliSlot RDU101 - Network Card Remote Monitoring USB Port (Cisco Part # RDU101)
4. 25 units of Vertiv Liebert GXT5 1-3kVA UPS Power Assurance Package with Removal (Cisco Part # PAPGXT-1K3KRMV)
5. 25 units of Vertiv Liebert GXT5 UPS Battery Power Assurance Package with Removal (Cisco Part # PAPGXT-BATTRMV). No substitutes or equivalents for any listed items will be accepted.

Period of Performance
Products must be delivered within 30 calendar days following the issuance of a Purchase Order by the City.

Place of Performance
The delivery location is within the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
