Background
The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (the Aviation Authority) is seeking a qualified Respondent to provide vending machine services at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Executive Airport (ORL).
The goal of this contract is to furnish, install, stock, replenish, service, and maintain snack and beverage vending machines for both employee-facing break areas and public-facing areas. This initiative aims to enhance the amenities available to employees and the traveling public while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Work Details
The awarded Respondent will be responsible for:
1. Providing new vending machines that are less than three years old.
2. Ensuring all machines comply with Federal, State, and County Codes, including ADA guidelines.
3. Equipping machines with cash and cashless payment capabilities.
4. Managing refunds for unavailable or malfunctioning items.
5. Responding to service requests within specified timeframes (downtimes not exceeding 24 hours; refunds processed within 72 hours).
6. Regularly replenishing stock and removing expired items (weekly restocking on average; bi-weekly for high-traffic locations).
7. Providing monthly reports on sales data, price history, and inventory.
8. Maintaining 20 vending machines in designated Employee Locations and 20 in Public Locations as detailed in the solicitation.
Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a period of five years from the Commencement Date as described in the Concession Agreement.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must demonstrate capability through their proposal submissions.
