Vehicle Detailing Services Agreement

Background
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) is seeking contractors to provide vehicle washing and detailing services for its owned vehicles. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the District's fleet, which includes various types of vehicles such as trucks, SUVs, and vans, is maintained in a clean and presentable condition. This contract will be for a term of three years.

Work Details
Contractors are required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, tools, and other necessities for vehicle washing and detailing services. The services include:

A. Exterior Vehicle Washing:
- Thoroughly wash and clean the exterior surfaces of trucks, including the cab and trailer (when applicable).
- Remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from paint, chrome, and glass surfaces.
- Apply high-quality wax to protect the paint.
- Clean and shine wheels and rims.
- Clean and restore exterior trim.
- Remove bugs, tar, and other contaminants from the exterior.
- Wipe clean exterior windows and mirrors, foot rails, license plate, tires, and rims.
- Dress tires and rims.
- Wipe clean top of the roof, wheel wells, and front grill.
- Report any damage to the vehicle or missing items.

B. Interior Vehicle Detailing:
- Remove and dispose of any garbage.
- Clean and wipe all interior surfaces including steering wheel, radio knobs, mirrors, seats, locking mechanisms, door panels, and interior windows.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas and wash floor mats.
- Vacuum rear storage compartments and clean storage areas.
- Wipe & treat all leather, vinyl, plastic, and rubber surfaces with conditioner.

Invoices must itemize labor costs per contract pricing. The contractor is only permitted to operate vehicles on-site for transportation to washing stations; they may not relocate vehicles on public roadways.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at on-site District-provided wash stations located within the Central Florida region.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must register on the PlanetBids platform to participate in the bidding process. There are preferences for local vendors as well as veteran small businesses.
