Utility Network Migration And Implementation Services

Background
The Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is seeking qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive Utility Network Migration and Implementation Services.
The goal of this contract is to modernize KUA’s utility network system, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

Work Details
The selected Contractor will be responsible for the following services:
- Assessment of KUA’s existing network, data, and system architecture.
- Development of a detailed migration and implementation plan, including timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.
- Data conversion, validation, and migration from legacy systems to the new utility network environment.
- System configuration, integration, and customization to meet KUA’s operational requirements.
- Testing, quality assurance, and performance validation of the implemented system.
- Training of KUA staff and provision of documentation for system use and maintenance.
- Post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
The Contractor must ensure data integrity and security throughout the process.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a term of three (3) years with two (2) optional one (1) year renewal periods at KUA's discretion.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Kissimmee Utility Authority facilities located in Kissimmee, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations as well as local requirements.
They must provide evidence of their qualifications through experience references and certifications.
Additionally, bidders are required to submit various forms including but not limited to: Addenda Acknowledgement, Certification of Proper Identification of Confidential Information, Conflict of Interest Statement, Drug-Free Workplace Compliance Certification, and others as specified in the solicitation.
