Background
The City of Jacksonville, Florida is seeking bids for the Underdrain Countywide Improvement Projects. This initiative aims to enhance the underdrain systems and associated roadway items within the city.

Work Details

The completion of construction is expected within 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Bidders must be licensed General Contractors in Florida and hold a valid Underground Utility Contractor license. They must also be certified as a Jacksonville Small Emerging Business (JSEB) at the time of bid opening. The bid includes a total base bid for construction categorized under sewer and storm drain services.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of the purchase order or contract and will continue until completion and acceptance of the stated scope of work.
