The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide services in the area of Website Design and Development for VisitFlagler.com, which serves the tourism development department known to consumers as Palm Coast and the Flagler Beaches.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for designing, developing, and launching an updated version of VisitFlagler.com. This includes:

3) Ensuring the website is optimized for search engines and AI;
4) Implementing security measures;
5) Considering the economic development department's micro-site as part of the overall project. The proposal must demonstrate a strong background in tourism industry web development.
Period of Performance
The project is expected to commence upon contract award and continue until the successful launch of the updated website. Specific timelines will be detailed in the project timeline provided in the solicitation.
Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place at the contractor's location but must adhere to specifications relevant to Flagler County, Florida.
